I want to use this post to solicit some initial comment regarding the project requirements. By using the comment feature you can add your comments for others to see. That way we don’t get everyone sending emails with the same information, plus you can easily comment on other readers’ ideas.
What we want to do is get information from the wellsite to the owner in a timely manner using (in this case) the Apple iPhone technology. The question is: “What are the most basic, core features needed for this to be of value in the field?” We’ll add “nice to have” features later, but let’s start with the basics.
Here are the basic ideas:
-It has to be easy to use.
-The software must transmit results back to the owner wirelessly.
