I’ve been working on iPhone user interface concepts and am very interested in your feedback and comments. The blog posts below will highlight different features of the interface along with data input screens and concepts.
You will notice that none of the navigation requires keyboard input. Everything is accomplished by finger taps and touches (called iPhone gestures) on the screen, even the data entry.
The data entry screens use gauge images taken from real life pictures in the field. I think that will make them more familiar to users than the use of clip-art types of drawings. PLEASE SEND more images for me to work with!
Stop by the Oklahoma Marginal Well Commission booth at the Oil Expo in Oklahoma City on October 7 to play with the interface demo in person. I am very interested in your feedback.
